Quality Policy
A group-wide commitment to controlled, reliable and continuously improving services
POSITIONRockstone uses ISO 9001 principles as a benchmark for its quality-management approach. This statement does not claim third-party ISO 9001 certification.
Scope and purpose
This policy applies to Rockstone Engineering Switzerland Sàrl and Rockstone Engineering Limited, their directors, employees and controlled contractors. It covers engineering, consulting, recruitment and supporting business processes within Rockstone’s control.
Commitments
- understand agreed client, candidate, legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements before committing to delivery;
- plan work with clear scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, risks, controls and records;
- provide competent people, approved suppliers, suitable tools and documented information;
- protect impartiality, confidentiality, data integrity and professional independence;
- measure client and candidate experience, delivery quality, nonconformities, timeliness and improvement actions;
- investigate errors and complaints proportionately, correct them promptly and prevent recurrence; and
- continually improve the effectiveness of the quality-management system.
Objectives and measurement
Leadership sets measurable annual objectives that are proportionate to the business plan. Measures may include on-time delivery, right-first-time outputs, client satisfaction, candidate experience, complaint closure, supplier performance, audit actions and training completion. Owners, targets, reporting cadence and corrective actions are documented.
Process and change control
Work is reviewed at appropriate stages. Changes to scope, requirements, personnel, suppliers, systems or deliverables are assessed, authorised and communicated before implementation. Records must demonstrate the basis of decisions and the status of agreed actions.
Competence and suppliers
People must be competent for assigned responsibilities through education, experience, training and supervision. Suppliers and subcontractors are selected and monitored according to risk, capability, compliance, confidentiality and performance. Outsourcing does not remove Rockstone’s responsibility for work within its contractual control.
Nonconformity, learning and improvement
Anyone may report a potential error, service failure, unsafe condition, data issue or improvement opportunity without retaliation. Rockstone contains the issue, assesses impact, communicates where required, identifies causes, assigns actions and verifies effectiveness. Lessons are shared at an appropriate level.
Leadership and review
Directors ensure this policy is understood, resourced and reviewed at least annually and after significant organisational, legal or service changes. Each person is responsible for quality in their work and for escalating uncertainty before it affects a client, candidate or colleague.
