Prohibited conduct
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, to harass others or to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- introduce malware, probe or bypass security, scrape at unreasonable volume, disrupt operation or attempt unauthorised access;
- misrepresent identity or authority, submit false information, impersonate Rockstone or use Rockstone branding without permission; or

Content and intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, documents and software are owned by Rockstone or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the site under these terms. “Rockstone” and associated marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authority without prior written permission.
Enquiries, jobs and submitted information
Information submitted through a form must be accurate and lawful to provide. Submitting an enquiry, profile or CV does not create employment, an agency relationship, exclusivity or a promise of an interview or engagement. Candidate data is handled under the Candidate Privacy Notice. Rockstone does not charge candidates a placement fee. Never send money, banking credentials or identity documents in response to an unverified approach; suspected fraud should be reported to the contact below.
Recruitment services are supplied only through the appropriate Rockstone entity and only where required licences, permissions and contractual arrangements are in place. Rockstone will request a candidate’s permission before sending an identifiable CV or profile to a named client for a named opportunity.
Accuracy, availability and external links
Rockstone aims to keep the site useful but does not promise that content is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Vacancies, availability, project descriptions and market information may change without notice. External links and embedded services are provided for convenience; Rockstone does not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
No professional or investment advice
Website content is not engineering certification, design advice, legal, tax, financial, employment or investment advice and must not be used as a substitute for a scoped professional engagement, verified project information or your own assessment.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockstone excludes implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any separate written contract governs liability for paid services.
Privacy and cookies
Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Candidate Privacy Notice. Cookies and consent choices are described in the Cookie Policy and live Cookie Settings panel.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by Swiss law and disputes concerning general site use are subject to the courts competent for the Swiss website operator, without limiting mandatory consumer, employment, data-protection or other rights that apply in another country. A separate service, employment or recruitment contract may specify different law and jurisdiction. Rockstone may update these terms; the current version and issue date will appear on the site.
